What we collect when you book
To hold an appointment we need your name, phone number and email address, together with the treatment, date and time you chose. We use them only to confirm and deliver your booking and to contact you about it. No payment is taken online — you pay at the spa — so we never see or store card details.
What we collect while you browse
We keep our own basic record of visits so we can see which pages are useful and where our visitors come from. It stores the pages viewed, the referring site, your approximate country and city, and your device and browser type.
We do not store your IP address for this: it is used once to look up the country and is then kept only as an irreversible hash. The country lookup is performed by ipwho.is, which receives the IP address for that single request. These visit records are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Cookies and Google
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure how the site performs and how well our advertising works. Google's own tags may set cookies on your device and send usage data to Google.
You can switch these off at any time from your browser: block or clear cookies for this site, or use your browser's private mode. Everything on this site, including booking, keeps working exactly the same either way. Google explains its own handling of this data at policies.google.com/privacy.
Translation
The site offers translation through GTranslate, which may load resources from its own servers when you switch language.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled only by us, by our web host, by our email provider so that confirmations reach you, and by Google for the measurement described above.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to abutarek20101979@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as part of our business records. Website visit records are deleted after 180 days. Google keeps analytics data according to the retention period set on our account.
